Genesis Development is a private, not-for-profit rehabilitation service organization that provides support for people with disabilities. Rehabilitation services are provided through continuing assessments and goal setting. These goals are intended to address the needs and desires of those receiving services.
In existence since 1973, Genesis now has facilities in eight Iowa locations: Jefferson, Storm Lake, Boone, Winterset, Vinton, Belle Plaine, Indianola and Panora. Services are now being provided to more than 800 people from 45 Iowa counties.
