Because of the wide range of skills within our workforce, we are certified by the Department of Labor to pay wages based on productivity. Base rates are established by a survey of local businesses. Time studies are performed by non-disabled people to determine fair pricing providing fixed per piece costs in advance.
Individuals with disabilities are the direct line workforce. They are assisted, trained and supervised by our Work Supervisors who direct production and maintain quality control in addition to performing on-going rehabilitation training.
